About

Masque, Mumbai’s premier farm-to-fork restaurant will play host to two of Canada’s most illustrious chefs: Jonathan Tam and Daniel Burns, over January 13 and 14. Together with Masque’s chef Prateek Sadhu, Tam and Burns will create a special six-hand dinner to celebrate the best of the harvest season. Complementing the experience is Diageo’s Jamie Walker, who will make bespoke cocktails to pair with the food.
